I'm working hard on The Seer hoping to get the novella all shiny and good so I can release it on Kindle Unlimited sooner rather than later. Therefore, this week's post is short and sweet while I announce a change to my Aeterni immortals series.
I discovered Forever Love was being linked as part of another author's
Forever Series. Worse, the second book in her series is titled Together
Forever, same as mine. In order to remove any association my books may have with hers, I've changed the series name to Circle of Ghadan. Everything
else remains the same and the name fits the series very well.
Meanwhile, I'm heading off to work on editing A Vampire's Tale: The Seer.
Happy reading!

Lessons I've Learned From Video Games
Jade Empire by BioWare
I love BioWare video games. Way back at the beginning of the millennium a coworker convinced me get Baldur’s Gate and I’ve been hooked on BioWare ever since. My paranormal/fantasy books have been, to some extent, possible because of BioWare games. The way they tell a story and the characters they create have influenced me greatly.

They All Lived Happily Ever After...Or Did They?
Discussions have been popping up everywhere on whether or not romance books must have a happy-ever-after (HEA) ending. Or as I prefer to call it: An ending where you know the hero and heroine are going to face whatever life throws at them together. Happily satisfied and in love is a more realistic interpretation than a Cinderella “They all lived happily ever after”. A happily satisfied together ending is exactly what you can expect from all of my books.

Is This the Future of Print Books?
I love print books, still buy them, but I like eBooks as well. When I had a broken wrist a few years ago, I read a lot because with an external fixation device there was little else I could do for weeks. My Kindle was my friend and I loved looking for a book, buying it and reading it the same day. Also, I don't have to store those books like I do the hundreds of print books I have.
Below is a link to a long, but interesting and informative article on the future of eBooks.
